Hey guys! I know that it has been FOREVER since I have posted last. I have so many things to share with you. But first things first.

Italian ‘Sausage’ & Mushroom Pasta. The pasta was tri-colored; made out of rice, spinach & beets. I added a small spinach & mushroom salad with Greek Goddess Dressing, with some Pellegrino of course. The perfect dinner & ending to this hectic day :)
